Caffe SOLE takes great pride in providing high-quality espresso drinks and developing an extensive selection of some of the most aromatic, flavorful and high-quality teas. From authentic mexican-style Churros (made in-house from scratch) to the Cacao imported straight from Mexico - Caffe SOLE offers flavours you can’t find anywhere else in Edmonton.

The owner, Jerson, started his coffee journey in 1993 when he opened his first espresso bar in Tijuana, Mexico. At the time, he had realized there was no one else providing the high-quality espresso drinks that he had grown accustomed to enjoying in cafes just over the border in San Diego. Nearly 25 years later, destiny has brought him to Canada.

Above all else, Caffe SOLE aims to offer the best-quality ingredients as they craft your tea, espresso and chocolate drink experience—each and every time. At SOLE, they stand behind all our products.
